Cancellation Policy:

All Deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.  The cancellation/refund schedule is as follows:

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • 100% of the total package price is NON-REFUNDABLE

  • All trip packages must be PAID-IN-FULL by May 1, 2022 listed on the invoice. Your trip will be cancelled if your balance is not paid, without refund.

In the event of a cancellation by Playtime Enterprises, LLC or any third party suppliers, all participating Travelers will be entitled to a full refund.
